This award recognises a construction project that exemplifies the integration of smart technologies to enhance building performance, user experience, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Eligible projects should showcase their use of data-driven systems, IoT, automation, digital infrastructure, and intelligent design to create responsive and future-ready environments.

Entries will be judged on innovation, impact, effectiveness, and how the project contributes to redefining what it means to be a “smart” building in today’s built environment.
