Flowlio is an ambitious tech start-up, founded in Manchester in 2023.

They offer two main services: a project management and analytics software, and a 3-day, project fundamentals training course.

The Flowlio software is an enterprise level project management and analytics software. It has been designed using the Flowlio methodology, which guides users through the 5-steps to success in project delivery. It makes projects simple, providing all the tools, templates and reports necessary for successful end-to-end project delivery and to provide clear visibility of project status.

The Flowlio training is a 3-day, project fundamentals training course. The course is Ofqual accredited and provides delegates with a level-3 certificate of competence on successful completion. The training involves the use of our toolkit, so that delegates are equipped to apply their learning immediately following coaching. The course is open to anyone, but particularly those involved in the delivery of change projects.
